We offer registered competitors a free training program covering the 12 weeks leading to the race. If you enter after 16th January, you can still request a program and start from the appropriate week. The cut-off date for requesting a program is 13th March.
The programs are designed by Derek Bowley, who is a Level 3 British Triathlon coach and Head Coach for Thames Valley Triathletes.
Derek helped to set up the first Harlech Triathlon in 2002 and has been closely involved with the race ever since. His in depth knowledge of the 2017 events makes him the perfect adviser for those who want to achieve their very best on the day.
The training programs will focus on building the strength and technique to Storm the Castle in Style!
